A holistic, bespoke treatment in the heart of the Cotswolds

‘‘An opportunity to escape your mind and feel present in your body’’

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complimentary therapy and originates from Chinese and Eastern Traditions. It centres on the idea that all of the bodies organs and systems are reflected in the feet (as well as the hands, ears and face).

Reflexologists work these reflexes, or areas through touch, and seek to return the body to a state of equilibrium and balance. Reflexology can be effective in the promotion of deep relaxation and well being.

Reflexology can be performed on your hands, ears, feet or face. I have a treatment table and a reflexology chair and am able to offer treatments using either, depending on your preference. Throughout the treatment you will remain fully clothed. If you are receiving foot reflexology, you will be asked to remove your socks and shoes.

About me

My name is Charlotte, the founder of Kindred Soles.

My journey into the world of reflexology began when my Dad was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer in 2019. After seeing the toll his diagnosis and treatment had on him, I encouraged him to try it.

The positive energy and benefits that reflexology afforded him, at one of the most trying times in his life was incredible, and he was converted.

Reflexology brought a new sense of hope to us all, and he came out of the sessions full of optimism, empowerment and a sense of control.

Whatever your reasons for choosing reflexology, as a level 5, Clinical reflexologist my aim is to provide you with a truly relaxing treatment that is tailored to your individual needs. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can feel heard. My aim is to offer a holistic and balancing treatment that is aligned with your hopes and aspirations.

Our Services

  • The first session provides us with an opportunity to talk about your health and wellbeing, and what you hope to achieve from reflexology. Following this, you will be given a full 60 minute investigatory foot reflexology treatment, enabling me to identify any imbalances.

  • Follow up treatments are bespoke treatments tailored to your individual needs. They last approximately 45 minutes and can include hand or foot reflexology.
